About the Event

Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition invites budding legal professionals to delve into one of today's most urgent concerns—environmental degradation in the face of rapid industrialization. Set in the fictional Republic of Indica, the moot problem raises vital constitutional issues linked to unchecked urban expansion, industrial pollution, and the mismanagement of biomedical waste.
