Position
Legal Associate
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation, filing, and management of arbitration proceedings and insolvency cases under the IBC framework.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions.
- Representing clients before tribunals, NCLT/NCLAT, High Courts, and other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
- Coordinating with senior advocates, clients, and other stakeholders for case strategy and documentation.
- Reviewing contracts, notices, and agreements relevant to arbitration and insolvency disputes.
- Keeping track of case developments, deadlines, and procedural compliance.
- Supporting the team in client advisory, due diligence, and settlement negotiations.
Requirements
- Sound understanding of dispute resolution and commercial laws.
- Exposure or keen interest in Arbitration and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
